About the Trainer

A leading corporate trainer expert in Soft-Skills, Wellness, and Communication Skills training, Ms. Rokhsana Akhter Rupee is the CEO of a renowned training and consultancy firm. Being elected as the first female district officer for the year 2019 under Toastmasters International, she served North and East India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Bangladesh. As a certified Toastmaster, Ms Rokhsana has won evaluation speech contests and earned awards for Advance Mentor, Effective Coach, Competent Communicator, and Competent leader from Toastmasters International (TI) which is a 100-year-old educational platform for public speaking, communication, and leadership based in the USA.

Since 2010, Rokhsana Akhter Rupee has taught at many leading public and private universities including Jahangirnagar University, BRAC University, Independent University, Bangladesh, and Bangladesh University of Professionals. In her long professional journey of 15 years as a Corporate Communication Trainer, Trainer of Teachers, TESOL consultant and researcher, and English Phonetics expert, Ms Rokhsana has conducted more than 5000 sessions with over 40 thousand participants from diverse backgrounds in terms of age, sex, ethnicity, profession, geography, and religion.

Ms Rupee has specialization in TESOL from Arizona State University, U.S.A., Masters in TESOL from North South University, Masters in English literature from National University, Gazipur, and B. A. Hons. in English degree from the same.
